ONE MINUTE FLAT BELLY EXERCISE


If u dislike going to gyms and u have done many crunches and plank poses for hours and still you do not have flat abs. This technique will help to toned your abs.Both men and women all wants look better with firm body , if you have not enough time for exercise .Do this simple toner exercise.

You can do it at home or even when u are driving.Do contracting your abs and glutes  alternatively. Keep holding for 30 seconds .Do this contracting twice a day.Keep the abs hollowed throughout the move and feel your ribs flaring out to the sides .This technique makes each rep more effective.
Oxygen helps fuel your fat burn so the more you breathe , the better your contracting result. The trick breath in and out though both your mouth and nose.
